list installed files

Hi all,
At the moment i configure without parameter, make and install into  
standard location c:\Programs\%packagename% so i have c:\programs\kdelibs  
c:\programs\kdebase etc etc
Then i reconfigure with -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=KDEDIRS (c:\Programs\kde)  
to store all packages in one dir, remake (some other time wasted) and  
reinstall.
I do this way to take a list of installed files to easly remove, and avoid  
conflicts between revision upgrade.

There is an other way to get a list of installed files by each package to  
kwnow exactly where it came from?

Is recompilation needed or i can simply copy files from c:\programs\kde\*  
to c:\program\kde without recompiling? (sorry about this noobz question)
