[PATCH] tests with VS2005

Hello
With the attached patch it's possible to compile the unit tests with VS2005.

I have another problem: libpng installed with kde-installer is unusable to
QT due to some missing functions. Is there some special reason for this?
I didn't encounter any problems with a standard version of libpng which I
compield myself.
