I downloaded the binary release of Qt, but I reconfigured for openssl
and qdbus, which it says to do here:

This is what I've been following. The problem I have now is that
mingw32-make isn't generating the commands correctly.
I already have everything (at least everything I need right now; I'll
worry about the last of what I'm missing after I successfully compile
kdelibs).
The installer would've been helpful at the beginning, but I don't see
much use for it now.
