qt-msvc 4.3.0 problem

Hi,

with recent qt-msvc 4.3.0 release  there is an error when using this
package with cmake

Warning: QT_QMAKE_EXECUTABLE reported QT_INSTALL_LIBS as
D:\dev\qtwin\qt-4.3.0\lib
Warning: D:\dev\qtwin\qt-4.3.0\lib does NOT exist, Qt must NOT be
installed correctly.
CMake Error: Could NOT find QtGlobal header
-- Configuring done

The problem is that the  following qt.conf is missing

[Paths]
Prefix=
Documentation=../doc
Headers=../include
Libraries=../lib
Binaries=
Plugins=../plugins
Data=..
Translations=../translations
Settings=../etc
Examples=../examples
Demos=../demos
