Howto see kDebug messages from apps

Ok, I'm no expert here, but if you run the executable in some special terminal 
(I think it was rxvt from cygwin), you get all the output without having to 
do anything special.

If it wasn't rxvt from cygwin let me know, then I'll ask Dave what it was.
