qdbus on windows

Hi all,

in the last time is was reported that registered objects in dbus using 
recent qt snapshots are not working completly.
This dbus win32 related problem is now fixed with the help of Thiago 
Macieira. Many thanks.

Now the next step in win32 porting could be started, which is klauncher 
to be able to start applications and kio slaves.

If anyone is interested to enter this area, please take a look on the 
initial win32 version at http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kinit/.
