I've build yesterday kdelibs successfully without your patches
on win2k with the express version of msvc.
But I've not installed the most recent sdk, so you are maybe right
with netsupp.h, I'll check it with my sdk (2003sp1), and will then
update to  "Windows Server 2003 R2 SDK - March 2006 Edition".

Maybe your tiff headers are different to ours. Here I'm using the headers of the
zip file provided by Ralf:
http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-windows/gnuwin32/
do you use the files from gnuwin32, maybe they are newer than Ralf's one.

We should really have a complete package of all related libraries. There is
too much confusion just because a version chaos.
