[Kde-windows] dcopserver from kdelibs4 crashes

There are some serious issues with DCOPserver on win32. I tried to fix them
some time ago (search the list-archives) but was told to forget it because
DCOP will be replaced by DBUS anyway so there's no point in fixing it.

While we're at it, does anyone know how far along that DCOP->DBUS change is?
In February it was "2 or 3 months away" IIRC. I guess it's still "1 or 2
monhts away"? ;-)
