[Maniphest] [Created] T1702: Do not accept drop events if the archive is read-only

TASK DESCRIPTION
  Ark currently accepts drop events (to the treeview) in order to add new files in an already open archive.
  However nothing happens when the archive is read-only. In this case Ark should not accept drop events.
