[Maniphest] [Updated] T1686: Always use a temp dir for cliplugin extractions

  If we ever manage to use the cliplugins in a non-interactive way, we could probably also get rid of the `KPtyProcess`. See commit https://phabricator.kde.org/rARK053a28f06923f3718f730466ba6c7deba9ec0586 for the reason why it is (was?) necessary.
