Currently the user-visible strings in the Extract service menu have all uppercase-starting words. Almost all their translations, on the other hand, have only the first word of the sentence starting with an uppercase. I don't see why we shouldn't do the same for the english language. This is also consistent with the `Compress to...` string introduced by commit c13327e.
