REVISION SUMMARY
  The preview of XML entries by the KHTML part is currently broken (i.e. nothing is displayed). Users can workaround this issue by giving more priority to the katepart for XML files, in the system settings. However, this can be annoying, especially for novice users.
  
  Let's just always load the katepart for XML entries, no matter what is the current default part set in the system settings.

TEST PLAN
  - Make sure that KHTML is the default part set in the system settings.
  - Previewing an XML entry works, by using the katepart
