Review request for KDE Utils and Raphael Kubo da Costa.

Changes
-------

Finally I've got the time to resume this review. Thanks to the Raphael's suggestions now the patch is hopefully better, even though bigger.
What's changed:

- Now the users can create password-protected archive inside Ark itself (through the `New` action). This is done by introducing a new `CreateDialog` class which will be extended by the existing `AddDialog` class, in order to allow the creation of password protected archives also through the Dolphin service menu. Of course `CreateDialog` takes care of checking the validity of the given passwords, as is the best place and time to do it.
- Now Ark can also encrypt the header of the archives (`7z` and `rar` plugins).
- The mimetypes of *encryptable* plugins are no more hardcoded in the Ark source code. Instead, the new boolean properties `X-KDE-Kerfuffle-EncryptEntries` and `X-KDE-Kerfuffle-EncryptHeader` has been added to the Kerfuffle Service.

Repository: ark

Description
-------

This patch allows the users to create password-protected archives using Ark.
The supported plugins are `zip`, `7z` and `rar`.
The input fields for the passwords are displayed only when the relevent mime filters are selected in the `AddDialog` window.

Testing
-------

Create `.zip`, `.7z` and `.rar` archives using the Ark `AddDialog` dialog (right click on an entry in Dolphin -> Compress -> Compress to...).
Those archives are created as expected and their entries are marked as *Password protected*.
If the user clicks on those entries, the standard password dialog is prompted to the user.

Thanks,

Elvis Angelaccio
