Oh, never cared for this one. And Google still points me to that url if 
searching for KGpg, and many other sites do. No wonder Bertjan had troubles 
[B] to find out about the status of KGpg.

@Admin: Could there please be a redirection to 
http://utils.kde.org/projects/kgpg for all requests concerning 
http://developer.kde.org/~kgpg and below? Thank you.
