Prep for KDE HIG test

Hey,

i wanted to start migrating contents, and got a structural question:

Under Guidelines, there is currently one page per topic, e.g. Menus. The menu
part is quite extensive, it's designing the structure of menus, grouping menu
items, guidelines for the menu items themselves, standard menus. So the
question is how to further structure the a guidelines page:

a) add another level in the TOC (below menu)

b) sub sections below guidelines:
==guidelines==
===structuring menus===
===menu items===
etc.

c) guidelines are below subtopics
==structuring menus==
===guidelines===
===See also===

==menu items==
===guidelines===
===see also===

I prefer c because it does not add another level of hierarchy in the TOC, but
at the same time allows to give context specific screenshots and related.
however, the page size shouldn't become too big, so we need to keep sections
short (which is good ;-).

i wonder if a rationale section would make sense here? in our initial
discussion at akademy 2004 we decided to have a rationale in expandable
sections. would be good to ask in the user test if developers accept the
guidelines "as is", or if they need an explanation for questionable items.

cheers,
/el
