I've incorporated both additions to the web version.  (Which is just 
temporarily in my home dir.)

With the suggestions in this mail I put the following text afterwards:

"Larger, or more conceptual undertakings are possible, but as in any project, 
it's best to start small and get a feel for the community dynamics before
attempting such."

I think that may help to harmonize things a bit with some of the larger 
contributions that are around.  (i.e. things like the PIM or Edu or Wikipedia 
reviews), but naturally all of this can be changed...
