we could switch this to Ctrl-Arrow, so it harmonizes with text editors.

the downside here is that it would work if the location bar has focus, but 
that's pretty  minor.

it would make us keyboard shortcut incompatible with firefox (and IE?).. 

though we already are it seems... Ctrl+[ and Ctrol+] in firefox is also 
history nav...
