yes, i think so, too.
Still, in the toolbar controls section, we need a more precise
definition of toolbar comboboxes and drop down menus.
A toolbar combobox is a combobox in the menu, which looks (more or less)
like this:

- --------------------------
A toolbar drop down menu (what is the correct label for this?) is a
button with a small arrow in the lower right corner, indicating that
there is a drop down menu to be opened.
For modes, I'd suggest to use comboboxes (even if not that pretty),
because they provide a better feedback which mode is currently active.
