Describing usability bugs is quite hard, and if you are not native English 
it is more often then not a problem to describe these things so they are 
directly understood.

I don't have KBabel running here (never found out how to get past that 
first dialog).
but for KMail I certainly can write a usability bugreport describing these 
problems.
Can you post the bugreport for KBabel?

I'll try to get around that tomorow.
