Active Maintainer for KSnapshot?

Hello,
in KSnapshot there is this quite old bug, see latest report:

In https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=237353#c12 is even a patch proposed, 
however it didn't make it into review or even to an commit... :-(


These bugs are all assigned to Richard Moore, which however doesn't seem to 
be active anymore?


So I was wondering is there an active maintainer for KSnapshot?
Or another dev who would like to take this over? (it has a good ratio: 1 
patch / 6 issues solved :-) come on...
