I'll take responsibility of making a list of plasmoids to test, and
coming up with a check list for each which includes:
 - trying oxgyen and air themes
 - putting in a horizontal panel
 - putting in a vertical panel
 - resizing to minimum size
 - (various applet specific tests)

(though there is a massive list of issues here:
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Tasks which not a lot has happened to)
