KAccounts-KTp 2.0 ready for testing

One thing I forgot to mention - you must restart kded5 after installing
everything.
Otherwise you'll end up with duplicated accounts.

Also, the mc plugin requires libsignon-glib, distro package should do the
job
but in case you want to build it yourself, it's with all the others
accounts-sso things:
