No, it's a new repo: https://github.com/mck182/telepathy-accounts-signon

It's in github because it was forked on github and I wanted to move it into
freedesktop
together with other Telepathy repos and have it shared with Empathy,
however there's
about -273.15 °C interest from anyone in the Telepathy world in doing that,
so I'll be
just releasing it standalone.
