PSA: Accounts-SSO project has moved to GitLab

With the Google Code shutdown,
Accounts-SSO project has
just migrated to Gitlab, so please update your remotes or reclone
as that's where the development is now going to happen.

The new project home is https://gitlab.com/groups/accounts-sso
and docs will be published at http://readthedocs.org

So update the remotes as follows:

libaccounts-glib
https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso/libaccounts-glib.git

libaccounts-qt
https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso/libaccounts-qt.git

signond
https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso/signond.git

signon-plugin-oauth2
https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso/signon-plugin-oauth2.git

Everything else stays the same.
