Release Plans

Here is a /proposal/ on our release plans moving forwards after done
discussion with some packagers and people.

We merge all remaining code reviews (most importantly Dan's, Kadixts
and Marcin's OTR work). We then enter a beta phase, string freeze and
release a 0.9.

0.9 will be KDE4 _but_ we will also release

ktp-common-internals-kf5 0.9
ktp-desktop-applets-kf5 0.9
from the frameworks branches

we need to make sure they are both co-installable.

The release after will be all on top of Frameworks, for ~November.
Possibly going for calling this the big 1.0.
