Ship it? Who should be doing code reviews

REMINDER: If you get a review from a name you're not familiar with ask them
if they have commit access when you click "Ship it!"

Otherwise they just sit there for ages both of us waiting for each other.
Happened a few times now.
I forget it too, so make you watch out for me forgetting as well
