Hi!
My GSoC project is slowly getting to a usable state, and I'd like to make a
stable release as soon as possible ("tomorrow-ish"). However it's quite
difficult to test alone (no network lag, ...) and I'm looking for people who
test it -- either with each other, or with me. If you're interested, let me
know!
Here's some instructions to get you started:
1) install libinfinity and infinoted, in case the latter is in a separate
package in your distribution
2) compile libqinfinity from
git clone git://anongit.kde.org/libqinfinity
3) compile kte-collaborative from
git clone git://anongit.kde.org/kte-collaborative
4) run kbuildsycoca with correct $KDEDIRS set to update the plugin cache
5) Start kate, kwrite, KDevelop, kile, ... or any other application using
KTextEditor and do some editing -- tell me if something goes wrong!
Cheers,
Sven
