Problem building kdelib

Hey everyone,

I was on this page[1] and was trying to build the kdelibs but i am getting
an error which says it can't find the automoc4.

command i am using to build the kdelibs

$ cmake ~/kde-devel/src/kdelibs       -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=debugfull
-DKDE4_BUILD_TESTS=TRUE       -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$KDEDIR
