Sorry for ignoring you. I have seen your patch before and I must admit
that the first time I looked at it, it looked like nonsense to me, but
looking at it again now, it actually makes sense! I'll apply it here
and test it a bit and when I am confident about it, I'll push it
upstream. Thanks.
