Message Filters

In attempt to get these filters finished these have been pushed to a
branch in the ktp-text-ui repository called "filters".
Using RB isn't working for a patch this size, so we're doing something else.

There's a lot of stuff to fix, so I would like some help from
everyone.  (including you Lasath)

Once I'm happy with it, and all the plugins actually work we can merge
it into master.
