RFC: Use dummy avatar pics instead of oxygen pawn icon

Hey all,

what do you think if we'd change the icon for people without avatar from
the blue pawn icon to a "full frame" avatar dummy like -
http://www.sparesinmotion.com/sites/default/files/pictures/dummy-avatar.png?

Rationale: the list will look more unified, because all the avatars are
actually a full rectangle images while the pawn is a pawn with transparent
background and as such breaks the consistency in the avatars column. Also I
think the blue pawn stands out too much as the photos are, well, 2d photos
while the pawn has a 3d look, so it does not fit.
