Update:

Stage 1 is complete.

I think it's safe to say the move wasn't done very well. I shouldn't have
left things in a broken state.
Sorry about that.

Nothing else  /should/ require breaking the API as much as this and can be
done a lot more smoothly.

For stage 2:
 - if you see "ContactModelItem" or "AccountsModelItem" in the code - it's
wrong. Fix it :)
