Hello Alin,

Please add any icon-related information here [1]. If you want to be in 
charge of the icon spec, you have my vote! :D
That means basically finishing writing the specs and keeping them 
updated (when new profiles are added or similar), check which icons are 
missing in the oxygen theme and ask them to add them, go through all the 
application, find out which icons they are using, which icons they need 
and check that the applications are using the correct icons everywhere.

The call-start and call-stop icons are supposed to be used to answer and 
close a call, so imho are not good here.
