Usability issue showing multiple account presence

We currently have an interface issue in KDE Telepathy that we don't
know how to solve, and is holding back progress.
I was talking to Björn at a recent sprint, and he suggested this might
be a good problem to get you involved in working with our team on
usability, and maybe you can come up with some ideas/process to help
us move forward.

I'm not sure if it that wiki page makes a lot of sense on it's own, so
if we could have an IRC meeting to explain the problem if that would
be useful. Let me know when would be convenient.
