Review request for Telepathy.


Description
-------

Merge George K's ktp-debugger into common-internals tools/debugger directory. Then patched it to not be a blinding hardcoded blue :)
Everything was merged keeping full history from gkiagia's repo.

Still needs some work, in particular a method to save a log, but this is a good start.
