If this is the latest version (0.3) problem could be that the module is now
kded_ktp_integration_module. Open file
/usr/share/kde4/services/kded/kded_ktp_integration_module.desktop and replace
"ktp_integration_module" with "kded_ktp_integration_module", and then try. If
this fails, try to start it manually by running
$ kcminit kded_ktp_integration_module
