Bug spam

If you're on the KTp-bug mailing list you may have noticed it got
flooded with changes.
I've already chased it up, it was caused by a sysadmin running a
sanity check on the database, we had some slightly bodgy bug reports
and it sorted them out. It shouldn't happen again.

If you're not on the ktp-bug mailing list...you should be! We do a lot
of developmental discussion there :)
