SIP Module opens incoming call directly

Sorry for the delay. I was away...
I've tested it. It looks like the window i've seen was empathy. As test i've 
removed the empathy. I thought then the telepathy window comes up. But no 
other window was seen.
Maybe i must configure telepathy so it feels responsible for SIP Calls?
