Merging plugins into kcm-telepathy-accounts

We should make a list of all the dead modules:

telepathy-accounts-kcm-plugins
telepathy-test-tool
telepathy-launcher-kded
(kopete plugin?)

and make one email to the sys-admin to trash them.

Make sure to update the wiki page (that goes for all the new modules too)
