0.2 Released

KDE Telepathy 0.2 has been released.

There is a story submitted to the dot. Will hopefully get some
feedback and that published soon.

Now everyone can hack on 0.3!

Note that Martin is the official release manager for the next release
because I'm tired and want to do some other things, however I'll still
be around to fix everything  :-)
