This wiki page is a good start:
http://community.kde.org/index.php?title=Real-Time_Communication_and_Collaboration
<http://community.kde.org/index.php?title=Real-Time_Communication_and_Collaboration>It
has instructions on getting set up (the best place to start) here:
http://community.kde.org/Real-Time_Communication_and_Collaboration/Getting_Set_Up
<http://community.kde.org/Real-Time_Communication_and_Collaboration/Getting_Set_Up>Make
sure to grab the new contact list mentioned in the mklapetek branch.
When you've done that, have a play. Make a list of things you don't like, or
are not working properly. Post back here and we can work on fixing them.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have problems compiling/running.
We're normally around in #kde-telepathy or here on the ML.
