Reminder: update tp-qt4 to 0.7.1

Hi,

Just a quick note to inform you that this evening I'll be shipping this
review request [1] that will push the tp-qt4 required version to 0.7.1
in the contact list.

This means that if you didn't update already you should do it right now.


By the way, since we are close (?) to the preview release, I think we
should set tp-qt4 0.7.1 as minimal version for all kde-telepathy modules
and probably update the wiki page for packagers consequently.
