File transfer handler

Hi
I tested the file transfer handler with Telepathy KDE ( Kubuntu )<----->
GTalk ( Windows ) and it seems that GTalk does not support sending a file to
other IM client and when i tried sending the file from Telepathy KDE, the
'offer' gets withdrawn at the GTalk end. So in short, doesn't work with
GTalk.
