if I start configure accounts from plasmoid it shows the kde icon instead of
the kde telepathy one... 
If I start configure accounts from the contact list... I see the the correct
icon.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
start the configure accounts from plasmoid and contact list

Actual Results:  
different icons are displayed

Expected Results:  
the same icon should be displayed

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
