Release Schedule

Ok, with the release happening, here is the plan:
 - Feature freeze as of tomorrow night. Any features after 10pm
tomorrow won't be in the first release
 - Fixes can go on till Friday night, keep fixing trunk
 - At this point, we make 0.1 branches in every component
 - These get packaged and shipped on Thursday

Development can continue in trunk, we'll do a patch release quite soon
after as I'm sure we'll have plenty of fixes (and bug reports).

Hopefully some new devs too. We've gained several people in the past
few days, presumably from all the gossip/hype. They all seem to be
really awesome, including some seasoned experienced KDE devs \o/ - I
think that should boost things up here a bit.

If you think of any improvements to the plan, shout it out.
