Meeting proposal

Hey all,

Now that we have a bunch of new people helping us and we have George back, I
suggest we have an IRC meeting sometime in the near future. It would be a
good idea to discuss with everyone some of the larger topics and establish
what needs doing before we can make a pre-alpha release.

If people could state when they are free over the next fortnight, then we
can narrow down a time, also please say if you think of anything that should
be in the agenda.

I'm free every evening after 8pm (except Tuesdays).

Agenda:
 - Breakdown of the current state of each component, and what they are
waiting
 - News on DBus Tubes (hopefully!)
 - Precisely what is in the KDE Tp library, and how it works.
 - Integrating Telepathy into other applications
 - Review of the 'nearly complete' components.
 - Task assignments
