The TelepathyQt4 library in general won't include any GUI
(widget/dialog) code (it doesn't even depend on QtGui), as they're
specific to the desired application/desktop look'n'feel. So any KDE
Telepathy dialogs should be in the KDE library.

However, any generic models or other UI support code are very welcome in
tp-qt4.
