Hi everyone,

This evening, we had an IRC meeting on #kde-telepathy to catch up on
what's been going on recently. A full IRC Log of the meeting is
available here [1].

Present: alin, d_ed, domme, gkiagia, grundleborg, mck182, trichard.

Action Points (to be done by who):
==================================

- Forward the responses from the usability list to the accounts_kcm
review to the kde-tp ML (d_ed)
- Let us know what's happening with the plasmoid/dataengine (drf)
- Upload sprint pictures somewhere (domme)
- Document preferred handlers and related issues on the wiki (gkiagia)
- Pick a naming convention for DBus names, and fix everything to
comply (gkiagia)
- Think of SoC project ideas and add them to the KDE SoC wiki (everyone)

List of tasks looking for volunteers, with the person to contact about them:
============================================================================

- More plugins for the Accounts KCM (d_ed)
- UI part of the Call UI (gkiagia)
- Minor improvements/bugfixes to the text chat UI (d_ed)

Summarised Status of Components with reference to a first alpha release:
========================================================================

Accounts KCM: basic features in place and working.

Plasma Components: drf to report...

Nepomuk Service: George G's branch (which is under review) will get
this ready once it is merged.

Library: needs a bit of work to get it in to a usable state. Will soon
be unblocked by the nepomuk service. George G to do work on it.

Contact List: nothing really exists yet. mck182 volunteers to get this going.

Text Handler: basic features in place and working.

Call UI: not ready yet. Needs a new UI and backend held up by tpqt4/spec drafts.

Approver: basic features are in place and working.

Krdc/krfb: freinhard to look into porting to 0.5. Needs to be done
asap because of KDE feature freeze.

Cheers,

George
