I don't think deleting repositories is appropriate. Marking as
unmaintained or archiving or something is fine, but actually deleting
huge amounts of code when you don't know whether it may prove useful
again (even just for reference purposes) at some point in the future
is a pretty bad idea. That aside, I have only one objection (below) to
archiving these repositories.

why delete this? It has a lot of valuable code in it (anyone who's
actually written any unit tests would know that :p)
