Summary
-------

This patch is not moving telepathy-bridge files yet, but it just adds a static library telepathybridge target to CMakeLists.txt and links tp-contactlist against it.
This will allow to move telepathybridge easier when it will be the right moment.
It also allows to link tests against the lib instead of re-building the whole lib each time.
Commands to install library and headers are commented for now.

Testing

tp-contactlist builds and works, but I'm not sure if nepomuk-signal-watcher.cpp is supposed to be in the telepathy-bridge, in tp-contactlist, or somewhere else
